Simple interface and few strings attached. I'd recommend Angelfire or Geocities.
		Very supportive. They require you to put a link on your pages. Nice overall.
		I don't know much about Tripod but they do have popup banners.
		This is an excellent place to start if you don't care to know HTML.
		Looks to be a good site for all around site construction.
		I don't know much about this site but they do have fast servers.
